Herein we discussed how he became a Voluntaryist, Anarchy amongst the younger generation, government school grind, appeal to antiquity, using “government” biased history to refute Voluntaryism, McGraw-Hill conflict of interest, 1984 censoring of history, the epitome of irony, the essence of democracy, secession, Scottish Independence, safety net before welfare, Anarchy never been tried, past Anarchist societies, Congress of Vienna, Anarchy in Ireland, the Anarchist party favor, the appeal to emotion, talking to family about Voluntaryism, opposing the idea of government, Statism is for self-righteous cowards, the crumbling Socialist welfare states of Europe, college/healthcare is free fallacy, government is the largest mafia, government doesn’t create anything of value, economic and Voluntaryism, without government the corporations would take over fallacy and much more!

Debate Part 2 of II: Danilo Cuellar (Anarcho-Capitalism) vs. John Cymerman (Direct Democracy)

Please enjoy my recent debate part 2 of II that I conducted with John Cymerman, an old high school friend and fellow chess player. I am defending Anarcho-Capitalism and he is defending Direct Democracy or the necessity of “government” itself. Herein we discussed without laws would you murder people, morality vs. legality, what is the purpose of man-made law, was post Hurricane Katrina New Orleans an example of Anarchy, The Prohibition Laws of the 1920s, victimless crimes, are drunk driving laws good preventative laws and who do they truly hurt, the golden mean fallacy, taking moral responsibility, bankrupt companies should bear the burden of their own faulty decisions, the anarchy that surrounds us and is ignored, the role of guns in the reduction of crime, is it human nature or human conditioning, the fear of government returning in a stateless society, what is civilization, sovereign immunity, perverting the laws of morality, the broken window fallacy, the black and white fallacy, government creates artificial demand for endeavors that the free market would not voluntarily choose to do, is profit evil, for the greater good, is Wal-Mart immoral and much more!

Please enjoy my recent debate part 1 of II that I conducted with John Cymerman, an old high school friend and fellow chess player. I am defending Anarcho-Capitalism and he is defending Direct Democracy or the necessity of “government” itself. Herein we discussed are we government, is government a natural evolutionary consequence, what is the difference between pledging undying faith to a pope, monarch, or President/flag, is the lust for power an inherent human trait, does government hinder human progress, Voluntaryists are not fortune tellers, does government create artificial demand for unprofitable things such as weapons, The Tragedy of the Commons, private roads in Stateless society, economics consequences of minimum wage laws, does Wal-Mart pay slave wages, are sweatshops immoral, armed monopolies in a stateless society, the importance of reputation, Threat Management Center in Detroit, The Appeal to Pity Fallacy, is charity a natural human behavior, do people need to be forced to fund other people’s misfortune, Restitution vs. Retribution, Dispute Resolution Agencies, is violence expensive, is the US President a mass murderer, is war murder, is legality equivalent to morality, is killing people in Iraq not murder because there is no law forbidding it and much more!
